About Alexandra
This all started with a heart attack. I didn't know how to eat after having one, especially growing up chubby in diet culture. I went back to school to be an RD, then got certified in culinary nutrition, health coaching, and personal training. I have coached 1000s of people since 2012 - and I absolutely love helping people in this way! *** IMPORTANT *** - Available Mon/Wed 11:00am - 4:00pm, Tues/Thurs 12:00-5:00, and Fri 11:00am-3:00pm. All in EASTERN TIME. Approach to care
I believe in science, humor, and delicious food. I also know 100% that you deserve to be happy AND healthy. And that includes enjoying foods you love without guilt or shame. Doesn't some peace around food sound *big exhale* nice. Let's get focused on simplicity, flexibility, and the deep down reasons you want to make changes. Magic happens with small changes done consistently over time (goodbye overwhelm!). It is way past time we stop wrecking our mental health chasing our physical health! I'm going to challenge your "food rules" and I'm going to ask you to stop looking for a quick fix. If you think those worked before... well, they didn't, or you wouldn't be here now, right? Just sayin'. And for the love of all the things, please stop getting advice from social and the top 3 search results on the web. Are you ready? Let's get started!
Your first session with Alexandra
Expect... (1) Lots of questions. I can't give advice until I know more about you. (2) Info on what to expect. I want you to be comfortable with me and the process. (3) To set one goal. You will probably roll your eyes and think this won't work and you need more to do. Hang with me. In the next session, we roll up our sleeves and get to work.
