Approach to care
You are the expert in your own life. My goal is to be there to support and assist you in making behavior change while providing the science-based nutrition education you need along the way. The best path to long-term health is to meet you where you are and adjust your habits slowly over time.
Your first session with Blair
In the first session, I'll take the time to get to know you and your health history. We'll discuss your current eating habits and your nutrition goals in more detail to determine what changes you would like to make. I will also provide you with any relevant nutrition education you may need to get on the right track.
