Hi, I’m Briana—a Registered Dietitian with over 10 years of experience. I earned my BS from Michigan State University and my MS from the University of Michigan–Flint, and I practice with RD and LDN credentials. My background spans community health, research, clinical care, and private practice, where I’ve spent the last four years working closely with clients. I’m passionate about translating science into practical, realistic guidance that fits real life. Outside of nutrition, I enjoy food photography through my business, More Than a Dietitian, and building with Legos—creative outlets that keep me curious, patient, and detail-oriented. I’m honored to support you in building a healthier relationship with food that aligns with your life, goals, and values. I’m here to listen, learn, and guide you.

Together, we'll establish short-term goals and start shaping a practical meal plan that fits your schedule and preferences. No need to have it all figured out before we meet; you can come as you are. We'll create a supportive, low-pressure space where you feel heard and respected, and we’ll outline a clear next step to get you moving in a direction that feels doable and hopeful.
