I earned my BS from Michigan State University and my MS from the University of MichiganāFlint, and I practice with RD and LDN credentials. My background spans community health, research, clinical care, and private practice, where Iāve spent the last four years working closely with clients. Iām passionate about translating science into practical, realistic guidance that fits real life.
