About Cathy

I work with aging individuals who may be starting to have health issues such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high blood sugar and want to see if a plant-based diet can help support these issues. I also work with individuals that are transitioning to a plant-based diet and need help in making the transition or want to ensure they are meeting their nutritional needs.

Approach to care

I take a very customized/personalized approach to working with my patients. I believe there is no "one-size fits all." when it comes to nutrition and health. What might work for you may not work for another person. I tailor your sessions to support your specific needs and send patient-centered resources.

Your first session with Cathy

At our first session, we will complete a very thorough assessment. This includes questions about your nutrition habits, physical activity routine, stress and emotional eating, sleep habits, what your likes and dislikes are and how you like to learn. I really like to dive deep and get a holistic view of your lifestyle. From there I can make specific recommendations of what we can cover in our sessions moving forward.
