About Cynthia
Hi, Iām Cynthia. Iām a Registered Dietitian who loves helping people build a healthier relationship with food in a way that fits real life. My training started with a BS in Food Administration: Nutrition and Dietetics, and over the past 10 years Iāve worked in clinical and hospital settings as well as community health. I bring hands-on experience and a calm, practical approach to care, often weaving in my LD and IBCLC credentials alongside my RD work. When Iām not helping patients, Iām with my family, savoring good coffee, or enjoying long drives with an audiobook. Iām grateful for the chance to walk with you on your health journey.

Your first session with Cynthia
Our first appointment is all about you. Think of it as a conversation, not an evaluation. Weāll start by understanding your medical history, current routines, relationship with food, and what you hope to achieve. Weāll review any recent labs or biometrics and establish short-term goals together. You donāt need to have everything figured out before we meet. Iāll share practical, evidence-based steps and together weāll design a personalized meal plan that fits your life, tastes, and energy needs.
