Approach to care

My approach to care is rooted in providing comprehensive and personalized nutrition guidance to individuals. I believe good care encompasses not only dietary management but also education, support, and empowerment for my clients. I consider the individual as a whole rather than focusing solely on any medical diagnosis. I take into account their unique lifestyle, personal preferences, and health goals. By understanding the complete picture of their lives, I can tailor recommendations to be realistic and sustainable. I am committed to staying updated with the latest research and evidence-based practices in the field for my clients.

Your first session with Devorah

During our first session together, we will take some time to get to know each other and explore your medical background and goals for seeking nutrition counseling. We will discuss any specific challenges you may be facing in terms of your diet and nutrition, and I will ask you questions to better understand your relationship with food and your overall health. This is your time to share your story and let me know what you hope to achieve through our work together. You can expect a safe, non-judgmental space where we can have open and honest conversations about your health and wellness.

I have a wide range of hobbies that keep me busy and fulfilled. I love experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, whether it’s trying out a traditional dish or putting a unique twist on a classic recipe. I am also enthusiastic about staying active and fit. I find pleasure in engaging in various forms of exercise, from high-energy kickboxing sessions to more mindful core focused sessions. When I’m not busy in the kitchen or breaking a sweat, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends. Let’s not forget about relaxation! Curling up on the couch with a good book is one of my favorite ways to unwind. When the weather is pleasant, you’ll often find me taking leisurely walks either alone or with little ones in tow.
