  • I have met with Eric three times so far & plan to continue to do so. I am not new to being careful with what I eat or weight loss. However, according to my therapist I have become “borderline-OCD” about food/exercise/weight. She recommnded that I meet with a dietician for help. I was skeptical at first. But, Eric has been exceedingly patient and kind. He is helping me simplify eating, make smarter choices & just feel better about not being perfect. I am grateful for his help.
