About Garrett
I’ve been a registered dietitian since 2019; over the years I’ve worked across long-term care and renal nutrition, supporting clients with both in-center and home dialysis therapies. Those experiences taught me something powerful — that nutrition is not just about food. It’s about the chemistry of energy, emotion, and resilience that lives inside each of us. I’ve always been fascinated by biochemistry and the mind-body connection — how what we eat influences everything from our mood and focus to how we show up in our daily lives. I also know how easy it is to get lost in a sea of nutrition misinformation and unrealistic expectations. My goal is to make this process clear, sustainable, and empowering, leaving you feeling grounded in your own body and confident in your choices.
Approach to care
I believe that nutrition should feel liberating, not limiting. Together, we’ll explore what truly works for your body, your schedule, and your mental space — not a rigid meal plan or a one-size-fits-all program. Let's be honest, no one is exactly the same, so what may work for one individual will not work for the rest of the population. I focus on small, meaningful shifts that have a big impact over time. Whether it’s managing energy levels, improving digestion, supporting mental clarity, or finding balance around emotional eating — every strategy we create will be rooted in science and guided by compassion. In our sessions, I’ll help you reconnect with your body’s cues, rebuild trust with food, and develop confidence in your daily choices. When you nourish yourself from a place of understanding rather than restriction, self-confidence and motivation improves significantly.
Your first session with Garrett
Your first session is a judgment-free deep dive into you — your lifestyle, your health history, your goals, and what barriers you have encountered in the past. We’ll talk about what’s worked, what hasn’t, and what “healthy” truly means for you in this season of your life. You’ll walk away with a personalized road map that feels realistic and supportive — something you can start implementing right away. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling seen, supported, and excited to take your next step forward.
