About Giuliana

Giuliana is a registered dietitian who believes our relationship with food and body is just as important as what we actually eat. The daughter of a chef, she’s been inspired by the power of food to heal, nourish, and connect us from a young age, and she has been eager to share that with others. She blends her passion for food and cooking with evidence-based nutrition science to help clients make sustainable changes that work for them, wherever they are in their health journey.

Approach to care

Giuliana is committed to empowering clients to make sustainable, long-term habit changes rather than quick fixes that are neither realistic nor enjoyable. She aims to make nutrition science easy to understand and to clear up misconceptions about nutrition and health. She follows a weight-neutral, all-foods-fit philosophy and utilizes intuitive eating principles to help clients build a healthy relationship with food and body. We’re the experts of our own bodies, and we’re all unique, so it’s all about finding what works for us. She emphasizes the importance of progress over perfection, and works with clients to bridge the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it.

Your first session with Giuliana

In our first session we will take time to get to know you holistically. We’ll cover everything from your health history, current routines and habits, relationship with food and body, and your goals. We’ll find out what’s worked in the past, what hasn’t, what motivates you, and how we can best form a plan together that supports your goals.
