About Jennifer
Jennifer is a registered dietitian with experience in hospital clinical nutrition, nutrition research at Johns Hopkins, and nutrition counseling in private practice. She pairs her professional culinary arts training with her nutrition science knowledge to help clients plan nourishing meals that taste great.
Approach to care
I will meet you where you are now to create goals that become new healthy habits. I believe that food is our medicine. We can play a very important role in our own healthcare if we choose to eat food that is nourishing for our bodies. I’m passionate about supporting women to understand how nutrition and lifestyle impact our many hormonal phases and preparation for healthy aging. Together we can manage your healthy weight, heart health, symptoms of menopause, adult ADHD, and other women's health issues through nutrition. I'll help you weed through all the food and wellness chatter to develop mindful eating habits and a healthy relationship with food.

In the first session we’ll get to know each other. I’ll gather lots of health information so I can provide the best support for your journey to improve your health. We’ll discuss your goals and create a plan that feels right to you.

I enjoy powering up first thing in the morning with a run or strength training session. I also add in yoga, pilates, walking, and paddle boarding. I love to travel and explore. Back at home you’ll find me cooking or reading.
