With a background in intuitive eating, strength training, and mindful behavior change, Katie takes a science-backed yet holistic approach to health. She incorporates principles from functional and integrative nutrition to support issues like gut health, hormonal balance, and energy levels, while always centering the unique needs and preferences of each individual. Katie earned her degree through the Coordinated Nutrition Program at the University of Illinois at Chicago and believes in a compassionate, whole-person approach to care that empowers you to nourish yourself—fully and freely.
