Hi there! Iā€™m Lauren. I have been practicing as a Registered Dietitian for nearly a decade. I hold a certification in Sports Dietetics and specialize in performance nutrition, with 7 years of experience working with collegiate and professional athletes. In addition to performance nutrition, I enjoy working with individuals who are looking to improve their blood pressure, cholesterol, body composition (weight loss, weight gain), and those that are just wanting to live a healthier lifestyle. I have a passion for educating people on how nutrition can make an impact on their lives physically and mentally. I provide evidence-based nutrition counseling and an all-foods fit philosophy.
