About Lindsay
Lindsay graduated with a bachelors degree in nutrition and dietetics and a masters degree in human nutrition. Lindsay completed her dietetic internship with a focus in clinical nutrition and has worked in both the inpatient and outpatient setting for the past 5 years. Lindsay's nutrition interests include digestive disorders (IBS, IBD, disorders of gut-brain interaction, celiac disease), pediatric nutrition, disordered eating and intuitive eating. Lindsay is passionate about helping patients foster healthy relationships with food and their bodies.
Approach to care
Lindsay approaches each session in a warm, supportive and open-minded way. She strives to help patients with their nutrition while also working to foster a healthy relationship with food. She uses a Health-at-Every-Size, weight neutral, non-diet approach with her patients.
