About Lynn

I'm a licensed, registered dietitian with more than twenty-five years of experience helping people achieve their health and wellness goals. I have worked with a wide-range of conditions including heart health, diabetes, digestive health and one of my biggest passions is sports nutrition and working to help active individuals and athletes. I am also certified in Integrative and Functional nutrition and have a true passion helping others address the major nutrient gaps that exist in their diets, based on national survey data and helping to improve their overall health.

Approach to care

I believe our experience with food should be fun and bring joy to our lives, not perceived as stressful. (There is already enough stress in our daily lives! ) My approach with my clients is providing an open, non-judgmental setting where together we can build a positive relationship with food and eating, and promote positive sustainable behaviors to help achieve your goals. I will meet you where you are and be a strong support for you, taking into account lifestyle factors (sleep, stress, exercise, etc) to help guide you on your path to better nutrition, health and wellness.

Your first session with Lynn

During your first session, it's all about YOU! We will discuss your health goals, current lifestyle and any challenges you may have. We will talk about your current eating habits and start to develop a plan to help you achieve your goals to set you up for success! This is your personal health mission and together, we will set the intention along with some practical goals. This will allow you to stay positive and keep moving you forward on your health and wellness journey!
