About Mary
My name is Mary and I am a Dietitian from Arizona. I have my Master of Science in Nutrition and am currently a PhD student studying the relationship between diet and health in insulin resistant women. While working in research, I love seeing patients!
Approach to care
My approach to care involves getting to know you and building a partnership together to improve your diet. There is so much nutrition information out there that it can feel overwhelming to someone trying to make healthier choices. As a dietitian, I can take that information, along with my training, and together we can make a healthy diet that works for you and your lifestyle.
Your first session with Mary
In this first session I spend a lot of time asking questions, and trying to get to know you, your health status, your concerns, and your goals. By the end of the session you will come away with one to two goals to start implementing right away for a healthier diet!
