From meal plans, habit stacking, recipes, and more, she is a very helpful resource for all things health too.   • Rebekah has encouraged me to make so many changes in my daily life. I love working with her because she has never once judged me, or made me feel inferior the way most health care professionals have. She focuses on education, and making sure you know everything about the choices you have, before you have to make a decision. She also has a great way of individually motivating. She doesn’t use cliches or general statements that she uses to motivate everyone, she actually gets to know you. 10/10

  • Prior to working with Rebekah, I’d never worked with a provider before that seemed so invested in my care. She has an amazing, consistent understanding that so many factors play into my relationship with food. This has been reflected through her attention to detail in the changes I face in various aspects of daily life, as broad as school and work, and as specific as possible genetic factors I’ve considered getting tested for.   • Rebekah has helped me to eat more intuitively. As a lifelong calorie tracker, I previously spent a lot of time planning meals, worrying about eating out, eating the same things over and over, etc. Eating really felt like a chore that caused a lot of stress. Now, I am eating more variety and spending much less time worrying about what to eat. I have seen an improvement in my health as well as weight loss. Rebekah creates sustainable habits that are easy to incorporate. I highly recommend Rebekah.

  • She is very informative and helpful with finding underlying causes to what is going on. I’ve appreciated having a slow approach to building healthier habits instead of being pushed to see the scale move. One of the first things we talked about was cycle syncing and that has been so helpful for me to lean into when my body is telling me it needs a break and focus on stretching or walking instead of heavier workouts.

  • I really appreciate the ideas Rebekah gives us and the goals she helps us set. The ideas can easily be added to each meal for greater nutrition. The goals are attainable and are small steps to achieving greater health overall. Rebekah is always very positive and encouraging. She is very knowledgeable and has a wealth of resources. Rebekah looks at the whole picture, but starts with small steps so it is not overwhelming. She also is very compassionate and caring for her clients!
