“Sandhya has been amazing in helping me achieve my weight loss goal! She looked at my lifestyle and we worked together to add attainable changes into my diet/exercise so that I could achieve my weight loss goal while also enjoying foods that I love. I was able to see a 5lbs drop in the first month of the meal plan. Overall, working with Sandhya has improved my relationship with food. Highly recommend! “
