Shanon believes everyone deserves a comfortable and sustainable relationship with food & the body they are in, whatever its size. Is that your experience? If not, how would that change your life? Let Shanon help you find out.
Your first session with Shanon
Shanon will get to know you in a friendly, judgment-free space. She'll ask questions about you, your personal & medical history, and your experiences & feelings about food, eating, weight, & your health. You’ll discuss what nutrition goals you'd like to achieve & how to make that happen. Underlying each visit with Shanon is her belief that there is no "right," "wrong," "good," or "bad" when it comes to food. She harbors no judgment or sense of superiority about you, your weight, what you eat, or what you disclose. Everything you share about your experiences gives her important information to support you & to empower you to reach your goals in your daily life.
