Patient reviews
“Susan has helped my family, and infant daughter tremendously on our journey through an FPIES diagnosis. She has helped us introduce new foods each week and provides support , gives knowledgle feedback, statistics and research. Susan has helped us survive food introduction despite our boundaries where I initially felt completely lost. She is kind, beyond knowledgle in the field and great to work with. We are so grateful for her, as she been helping us for over 6 months now!“

About Susan
With 20 years of experience as a registered dietitian, Susan is passionate about supporting infants, toddlers, and their families during the critical early years of growth and development. As a Board Certified Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition and Certified Lactation Counselor, she specializes in pediatric gastrointestinal conditions and food allergies, including FPIES, FPIAP/CMPA, celiac disease, and EoE. Susan has extensive experience guiding families through formula selection, maternal elimination diets for breastfed infants, food introduction, and navigating feeding challenges. She also provides nutrition support for those who are pregnant or nursing and seeking guidance for their own health and their baby’s well-being.
Approach to care
In both hospital and outpatient settings, Susan has developed a client-centered counseling approach that empowers parents and caregivers with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to nourish their children safely and effectively. She believes early nutrition care should feel supportive—not overwhelming—and works collaboratively with families to create realistic, individualized plans. Her goal is to reduce anxiety around feeding while building a strong foundation for lifelong health.
Your first session with Susan
During initial consultations, Susan takes time to thoroughly review medical history, feeding patterns, growth trends, and family goals. She creates a calm, judgment-free environment where parents feel heard and supported. Together, you will develop a practical nutrition plan tailored to your child’s specific needs. Follow-up sessions are encouraged to monitor progress, adjust feeding plans as needed, and provide ongoing reassurance and guidance as your child grows. Susan is available to see patients through Nourish on Wednesdays from 9 AM to 4 PM EST. For questions and additional availability, she can be reached at goodine.nutrition@gmail.com.
