About Aaron
I've been a Registered Dietitian for almost 15 years, primarily working in acute care settings specializing in critical care and nutrition support. I love the work I do in hospitals, but am excited to branch out and help others achieve their goals outside of the inpatient setting
Approach to care
Creating individualized plans to help people achieve their goals utilizing evidence-based practices. I know the world of nutrition can seem overwhelming and complex, especially these days with everything we see on social media, therefore my primary goal is to make things as simple as possible. We'll work together to help ensure that you understand why I'm recommending what I am and so you'll be able to effectively implement the interventions we discuss.
Your first session with Aaron
First and foremost, we'll establish a rapport and get to know each other! We'll dive into the issues you're experiencing and what you're looking for in our sessions together. After this, together we'll come up with solutions that fit your lifestyle and set achievable goals.
