About Abbileni
Hi, I'm Abbileni. I'm a Registered Dietitian with a Bachelor's in Dietetics and an MS in Master of Professional Practice of Dietetics from Iowa State University. I’ve worked in clinical hospital settings, community health, and sports nutrition, and I currently serve patients in Marshalltown, Iowa. I’m a true foodie who loves to chef it up in the kitchen, try new recipes, and explore bold flavors. Running helps me clear my mind, and in warmer months, I garden with cucumbers, tomatoes, and pumpkins. I’m excited to meet you where you are and grow together.

I believe care is a partnership and I’ll walk beside you as we turn science into real life changes. My approach is evidence-based, direct, and educational, with an emphasis on practical, doable steps. We’ll focus on sustainable habits, holistic well‑being, and your goals, honoring your values while you learn to trust your body and nourish it in a way that lasts.
Your first session with Abbileni
Our first appointment is all about you. We’ll review your medical history, discuss your current routines and goals, and determine short-term targets together. If you have lab results or biometrics, we’ll review them and use them to inform your plan. You don’t need to have everything figured out yet; we’ll create a realistic meal plan and identify 1–2 practical steps to start. The space is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative, and I’ll support you every step of the way.

Hobbies
I am a big foodie and love to chef it up in the kitchen. I enjoy trying out new recipes and experimenting with different flavors. In my free time, I enjoy running; it helps me clear my mind and relieve some stress. In the warmer months, I also enjoy gardening. In my mind, nothing beats the taste of fresh produce. My favorite plants to grow have been cucumbers, tomatoes, and pumpkins.
