Iām passionate about helping athletes fuel to perform at their best through personalized nutrition plans that support endurance, strength, and recovery. With a Masterās degree in Nutrition and hands-on experience working with collegiate athletes in both the Big Ten and SEC conferences, I bring a performance-focused, evidence-based approach to every session. I also work with non-athletes on goals like weight management, heart health, and overall wellness. My approach is realistic, sustainable, and tailored to fit your lifeāso you can feel your best and reach your full potential.
