About Abby
Over the course of 20 years my professional focus as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Trainer has centered on collaborating with clients to facilitate weight loss, build muscle, improve body composition, and promote improvements in health. I’m a data nerd and I’d love to geek out with you over your information and cheer you on along the way! I teach clients how to fuel their bodies and I specialize in creating a personalized and customized macronutrient approach to support you with your goals. You’ll learn exactly how to adjust your nutrition based on seasons of fat loss, muscle building, and restoring your metabolism.
Approach to care
All of this is through the lens of tracking macros, flexible dieting, and behavior modification. In our coaching together we can modify your plan based on biofeedback (factors like: sleep, energy, stress, digestion, hormones, menstrual cycle, etc), macro averages, measurements, progress pics, etc. to ensure that we stay on track with your goals. Because nutrition isn’t a one size fits all approach, my goal is to work with you to develop the most sustainable and maintainable balance. I would love to work with you, coach you, and support you on your journey to looking good and feeling good.

Hobbies
I live outside of Denver, Colorado. Besides teaching people how to fuel their bodies, you can catch me backpacking or hiking up mountains in Colorado with my family (husband Jason, and two yellow labs, Molly and Max). I used to be a competitive ultra-marathon runner (I ran 100 Mile-mountain races) turned Powerlifter (I set a state record in the Bench Press, and can squat almost 300 pounds). But today, I'm a recreational athlete and I love just lifting weights at the gym (my favorite exercise is pull-ups and weighted pull-ups). You might also catch me on my couch bingeing my favorite crime shows, comedy, or football.
