About Abby
Hi I'm Abby, a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist. I have 10+ years of clinical experience, focusing on surgical oncology, cardiovascular disease, and bariatric surgery and I currently teach nutrition courses at 3 local colleges. I would love to work with you and help you reach your nutrition goals!
Approach to care
Small changes and consistency can make the biggest impact! Making those changes can feel intimidating and overwhelming. I am here to support you and be your biggest cheerleader as we will work together to create realistic changes that fit with your lifestyle.
Your first session with Abby
The first session is about establishing a relationship based on trust and understanding. Abby creates a judgement-free environment in which you can share your nutrition and health concerns. Together, we will identify your goals and using a collaborative approach we will create changes to help meet these goals.
