I understand that making lasting changes to your eating habits can feel daunting, and that's why I'm here – to guide you with compassion and expertise every step of the way. For the past 15 years, I've had the privilege of working with individuals just like you, helping them navigate the complexities of food and build a healthier relationship with it. My extensive experience as a registered dietitian has equipped me with a deep understanding of the science of nutrition and, more importantly, the art of applying it to real life. Think of me as your partner and advocate, here to provide guidance, answer your questions, and celebrate your successes.

My approach is deeply rooted in putting you at the center of your care. I know that everyone's journey is unique, and there's no one-size-fits-all answer when it comes to nutrition. That's why I take the time to truly listen to your story, understand your challenges, and meet you exactly where you are. Working with me is different because I go beyond simply telling you what to eat. I believe in empowering you with the knowledge and skills to understand your relationship with food. My counseling style is supportive, encouraging, and non-judgmental.

Your first session with Abhijit

In our first session together, my primary goal is to get to know you and understand your unique journey. What are the specific concerns or challenges you're facing with your nutrition and health? What prompted you to reach out now? There's no right or wrong answer – I'm simply here to listen and understand your perspective. It's also incredibly helpful for me to learn about your past experiences with nutrition and dietary changes. This helps us avoid repeating strategies that haven't been effective and build upon what has worked in the past. You'll have the opportunity to ask me any questions you may have about my approach or the process moving forward. Ultimately, my goal for our first session is for you to feel confident that I understand your unique situation and that we can work collaboratively to achieve your health and wellness goals. I look forward to connecting with you and starting this journey together!
