Hi I'm Abby — a registered dietitian who specializes in performance nutrition, weight management, and overall health and well-being. My goal is to help individuals fuel their bodies in a way that feels sustainable and supports what matters most to them — whether that’s excelling in sport, staying active with family, or simply feeling stronger and more energized day to day. My background includes work with adults in both performance nutrition and weight management, and I also support youth and teen athletes looking to build solid fueling habits early on. I take a supportive and structured approach that blends guidance with real-life flexibility. Together, we’ll create a plan that aligns with your goals.

Your first session with Abigail Casey

During our first session, we’ll spend most of the time getting to know your goals, routines, and challenges. I’ll ask questions about your current eating habits, lifestyle, training schedule (if applicable), and what you’re hoping to change or feel better about. There’s no judgment or pressure—just a chance for me to understand your starting point and what matters most to you. From there, we’ll outline a clear plan for the next few weeks. This usually includes: • Identifying 1–2 realistic goals to focus on • Discussing simple nutrition strategies you can start using right away • Deciding how frequently you’d like to meet and how we’ll track progress • Making sure all your questions are answered You won’t leave the first session with a long list of rules. Instead, you’ll walk away with clarity, a personalized direction, and a sense of what our work together will look like moving forward.
