About Abigail
Food has anchored my work for 23 years, shaped by an MS in Nutrition and Dietetics and experience across hospitals, dialysis centers, nursing homes, and fitness centers. As an RDN I blend clinical knowledge with real life, translating research into habits that fit your day. When I’m not reviewing cases I’m likely running, experimenting in the kitchen, reading, taking a fitness class, or on my yoga mat. I enjoy helping patients build sustainable routines we can maintain together.
Approach to care
I ground recommendations in current evidence, while seeing the whole person beyond lab values. We'll focus on sustainable habits, practical steps, and skills you can use long term. I practice in a weight-neutral way, prioritizing behaviors, biomarkers, and quality of life over diet culture. My style is warm, nonjudgmental and direct, so you'll leave sessions informed, accountable, and equipped to make gradual, lasting change.
Your first session with Abigail
You can expect a calm, collaborative conversation where we review your medical history, lab work and biometrics, and take a deep look at your relationship with food. Together we'll set short-term, achievable goals and create a meal plan that fits your routine. There’s no pressure to have all the answers beforehand. We’ll leave with clear next steps and practical tools you can start using right away.
