Iām a Registered and Licensed Dietitian, a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and a Certified Eating Disorder Specialistābut more than that, Iām someone who truly believes that food should bring joy, not stress. Iām here to help you build a trusting, guilt-free relationship with food and your body in a space thatās compassionate, non-judgmental, and completely your own. Our first session is all about getting to know you. I want to understand your unique needs, lifestyle, and health goals so we can create a personalized plan that truly works for you. Weāll start by discussing your background, medical history, current eating habits, and any past experiences with nutrition. Iāll ask about your relationship with food, any challenges youāre facing, and what you hope to achieve. This is a space for you to share openlyāno judgment, just support. By the end of our session, weāll have a clear, individualized plan in place, along with practical next steps to help you feel confident moving forward. And donāt worry, you wonāt have to figure it all out alone! Weāll schedule follow-ups to track progress, adjust as needed, and celebrate your wins along the way. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and empowered on your journey toward a more peaceful relationship with food.
