About Abigail
Hi there! I’m a Registered and Licensed Dietitian, a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist—but more than that, I’m someone who truly believes that food should bring joy, not stress. I’m here to help you build a trusting, guilt-free relationship with food and your body in a space that’s compassionate, non-judgmental, and completely your own. My approach is all about honoring your autonomy, respecting your body, and making choices that feel good for you—no guilt, no pressure, just balance and freedom. Let’s rediscover the simple joys of eating and create a way of nourishing yourself that’s both sustainable and fulfilling.
Approach to care
My approach to care is all about meeting you where you are, with warmth, compassion, and zero judgment. Rooted in a non-diet framework and guided by the principles of Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size® (HAES®), I tailor my support to your unique concerns and goals—because there’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to healing your relationship with food. Together, we’ll work toward freeing you from food guilt and rigid rules, so you can reconnect with your body’s wisdom and find what truly feels good for you. No matter your shape, size, background, identity, or ability, you deserve a peaceful and hopeful way to nourish yourself. I’m here to help you get there—at your own pace, in a way that feels right for you.
Your first session with Abigail
Our first session is all about getting to know you. I want to understand your unique needs, lifestyle, and health goals so we can create a personalized plan that truly works for you. We’ll start by discussing your background, medical history, current eating habits, and any past experiences with nutrition. I’ll ask about your relationship with food, any challenges you’re facing, and what you hope to achieve. This is a space for you to share openly—no judgment, just support. By the end of our session, we’ll have a clear, individualized plan in place, along with practical next steps to help you feel confident moving forward. And don’t worry, you won’t have to figure it all out alone! We’ll schedule follow-ups to track progress, adjust as needed, and celebrate your wins along the way. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and empowered on your journey toward a more peaceful relationship with food.
