About Abigail
Hi and welcome!! I’m Abby, a Registered Dietitian, here to listen and help you achieve your health goals. I am driven by evidence and the belief that small, steady changes help attain a happy balanced lifestyle. Outside of nutrition, I love group fitness classes, reform pilates, cooking, running, thrifting, flipping furniture, traveling, and of course dogs. I’m here to support you with warmth, kindness, and practical tools that fit your lifestyle.
Approach to care
I use an evidence-based, holistic approach that looks at the whole picture--- not just the food aspect. We’ll work together to build an individualized plan for you that is effective and attainable without the feelings of being restricted or judged. We'll explore how nutrition plays a role in your mental, physical, and emotional health. This is a space to talk things through, ask questions, and focus on what feels realistic for you. I believe knowledge is power, and building that foundation helps you feel confident making informed choices that will last.
Your first session with Abigail
Our first appointment is all about you. Together, we will review your medical history, lab work, and biometrics, and start to understand your relationship with food. We’ll establish short-term goals and discuss what matters most to you. You don’t need to have it all figured out. I’ll listen, and together we’ll map out a simple, realistic plan you can start today. Judgement-free zone, just collaboration and support as we set your next steps.
