About Abigail
I grew interested in nutrition through a desire to understand how to truly fuel my body, not through extremes or trends, but in a way that supports strength, energy, and long-term health. Like many people, Iāve seen how easy it is to get caught up in conflicting advice and āall-or-nothingā thinking around food. That experience shaped my passion for helping others simplify nutrition and build habits rooted in balance instead of perfection. Through my clinical experience, Iāve learned that real progress doesnāt come from rigid rules, it comes from understanding your body and creating routines that fit your life. My goal is to make nutrition feel clear, practical, and empowering so you can feel confident in your choices without guilt, confusion, or burnout.
Approach to care
I believe nutrition should feel clear and practical, not overwhelming or extreme. My role isnāt to hand you a strict meal plan to follow, itās to help you understand your body and build habits that actually fit your lifestyle. I focus on evidence-based strategies that support long-term health, energy, and confidence. Rather than chasing quick results or perfection, weāll prioritize consistency and sustainable routines that work in real life. Together, weāll identify small, strategic changes that build momentum and help you feel more in control of your health.
Your first session with Abigail
Your first appointment is a relaxed, judgment-free space to share your story. Weāll explore your routines, your relationship with food, and whatās been challenging or confusing along the way. From there, weāll create a simple, personalized starting point that feels doable, not drastic. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, encouraged, and confident about your next steps.
