About Abigail

I’m a dietitian from Texas with a passion for making nutrition realistic, flavorful, and culturally inclusive. Growing up Chinese American, I've been surrounded by a diverse mix of traditions and flavors. I love being able to bring that cultural appreciation into my practice. My background in public health has shaped my approach to focus on both individual health and the bigger picture of how our environments and cultures influence what we eat.

Approach to care

My mission is to help you nourish your body without giving up the foods that bring you joy. A healthy lifestyle isn’t about strict rules; it’s about balance, flavor, and sustainability. I believe small, consistent changes over time lead to lasting results, and that food should always be a source of enjoyment. Whether it’s sharing a meal with family, enjoying your favorite dessert, or trying out a new recipe, we’ll work together to create a plan that supports your well-being—without stress.

Your first session with Abigail

Our first session will be all about you: your lifestyle, goals, favorite foods, and the role nutrition plays in your daily routine. I’ll take time to understand not just what you eat, but the “why” behind your choices, so we can create a plan that truly fits your life. Together, we’ll explore strategies that make healthy eating simple, realistic, and enjoyable, so you can feel confident and empowered in your food choices.
