About Abigail
I am a Registered Dietitian passionate about women’s health, postpartum recovery, and helping others build a healthy relationship with food. Nutrition should be practical, enjoyable, and empowering, not restrictive. With a background in both fitness and nutrition, I support clients through every stage of their wellness journey with realistic and sustainable guidance.
Approach to care
My approach centers on education, empathy, and empowerment. I help clients create balanced habits that fit their unique lifestyles while addressing the root causes behind their goals. Whether you are rebuilding strength postpartum or simply striving to feel your best, I meet you where you are and guide you toward lasting, meaningful results.
Your first session with Abigail
During your first session, we will focus on getting to know you, your goals, lifestyle, current habits, and any challenges you have been facing. I will take time to review your health history, dietary preferences, and daily routine to create a plan that feels both realistic and motivating. You can expect a collaborative conversation, not a lecture. Together, we will set clear and achievable goals so you leave the session feeling confident and supported with a personalized roadmap to move forward.
Education
I hold a Master of Science in Nutrition as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics with a minor in Exercise Science. I am also a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). My educational background has given me a strong foundation in both the science of nutrition and the practical application of exercise, allowing me to create well-rounded, sustainable approaches to health for my clients. Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
Hobbies
Outside of work, I love spending time reading and sharing book recommendations, especially in the fantasy and romance genres. I also enjoy cooking new recipes, engaging in pilates, yoga, and HIIT, and spending cozy evenings with a good book and a cup of tea.
