I’m a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer passionate about helping people feel strong, confident, and capable in their daily lives. I understand that creating lasting habits and improving your health can feel confusing and overwhelming at times. Whether you’re navigating life changes, building sustainable habits, or simply wanting to feel better in your own skin, I’ll meet you where you are. With a background in both fitness and nutrition, I’m here to support you through every stage of your journey with evidence-based guidance and help you build habits that last.

Your first session with Abigail
Your first session is all about you. We’ll talk about your goals, daily habits, lifestyle, and any challenges you’ve been facing. I’ll take a look at your health history and preferences so we can create a plan that feels realistic and actually works for your life. This is a conversation, not a lecture. Together, we’ll set clear, achievable goals so you leave feeling supported, confident, and ready to take the next step toward your health and wellness.
Education
I hold a Master of Science in Nutrition as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics with a minor in Exercise Science. I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through NASM, with over six years of ongoing experience. My educational and professional background provides a strong foundation in both the science of nutrition and the practical application of fitness, allowing me to create well-rounded, sustainable approaches to health and wellness for my clients.
Hobbies
Outside of work, I enjoy reading and sharing fantasy and romance book recommendations. I also love trying new recipes, doing pilates, yoga, and HIIT, and spending cozy evenings with a good book and a cup of tea. I live with my husband and our four dogs, who keep us active and entertained.
