Hi! I’m Abby, your registered dietitian, and I’m honored to meet you wherever you are on your nutrition journey and look forward to our session! For me, nutrition is more than a profession—it’s a passion. I believe food is one of the most personal and powerful ways we can practice self-care and share that care with others. During my college years, I began to truly understand how deeply nutrition affects our energy, mood, and overall performance. That realization sparked my commitment to helping others create sustainable changes that empower then to make positive choices around food and their overall health. I view food as the most preventative form of medicine and believe our bodies have an incredible ability to heal—when we give them the right support. My goal is to help you nourish yourself in a way that feels aligned, empowering, and sustainable.
