“Abby is great to work with—she helped me understand my PCOS and ways to regulate my body so that i’m not having crazy sugar cravings. She’s very good at celebrating the little wins and helped me realize that progress builds overtime. Abby is a genuinely caring nutritionist who will work with you to figure out what’s best and most do-able for you and your lifestyle. I saw her for 5+ appointments, and I recommend her 100%. “

About Abigail
I know what it’s like to struggle with health issues that no one really explains—when you’re told “everything looks fine,” but you know something’s off. And I also know what it’s like to finally get a diagnosis—only to have no one explain how it connects to your food, your lifestyle, or what you can actually do about it. That’s what led me to dig deeper into nutrition and functional health. I’ve spent years studying how the body actually works, and spoiler alert—your body is a whole ass system.
Approach to care
I don’t believe in shame as a motivator—ever. We’ve all picked up habits, beliefs, and struggles along the way, and none of that makes you “bad” at health. My job isn’t to judge—it’s to meet you where you’re at and help you finally make sense of what’s going on. We’ll talk a lot about food because that’s at the core of everything, but we’ll also look at things like stress, sleep, and mindset. Your body is always talking—you just need to remember how to listen.
Your first session with Abigail
Our first session is all about getting to know you—your history, your habits, and what’s been getting in your way. I’ll ask a lot of questions (some might seem unrelated, but they all help paint the bigger picture). We’ll also look at patterns, symptoms, and any labs you have to start connecting the dots. That’s it—no judgment, no pressure. Just a conversation to start putting the pieces together.
