About Ada
Hello! My name is Ada, and I specialize in nutrition for diabetes, sports nutrition, weight loss or gain, and a busy lifestyle. My passion to help others with their nutrition sparked when I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. A little bit about me - I love cooking, trying new restaurants, exercising and soaking up the sun! I cant wait to work with you.
Approach to care
My approach is individualized, approachable and sustainable for your lifestyle! I plan to meet you where you're at to help you build a stronger, happier and healthier version of yourself. My goal is to give you the information and support you need to be able to make good decisions about nutrition and food, ultimately to build the life you want.
Your first session with Ada
Your first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk through your health history, lifestyle, food preferences, and goals so I can understand what support will be most helpful for you. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with clear, realistic next steps and a plan tailored to your needs; not a one-size-fits-all approach. My goal is for you to feel supported, understood, and confident moving forward.
