About Adalyn

Hi, I’m Adalyn! I’m a peanut-butter-loving city girl who dreams of one day having a big garden and a backyard filled with chickens and cows. I started coaching people on nutrition long before I earned my degree in Dietetics, and I’ve loved every minute of helping others find peace with food. My favorite part of coaching is taking complex nutrition science and turning it into simple, realistic steps that fit your lifestyle. I work closely with women on GLP-1 medications, helping them understand their changing hunger cues, fuel their bodies properly, and build habits that lead to sustainable weight loss — without restriction or guilt. I’ve worked with clients from intuitive eating to structured weight loss and have found a sweet spot where both can coexist — helping you feel confident, nourished, and in control of your choices.

Approach to care

My approach is all about sustainability. While weight loss may be one of your goals, we don’t stop there — the real focus is helping you build a freeing, confident relationship with food. I’ll never ask you to do something that isn’t realistic for your life or long-term goals. My role is to provide science-backed nutrition guidance and practical strategies that fit your unique lifestyle — and your role is to take the lead on what feels best for you. If something isn’t working, we’ll adjust together! My goal is for you to feel educated, empowered, and confident in maintaining your results long after our work ends. Most of my clients walk away with: • Less food noise and more clarity around hunger cues • Confidence in their nutrition choices • Motivation to cook and enjoy meals at home • Skills to manage cravings and emotional eating with ease • Confidence in their body!

Your first session with Adalyn

In our first session, we’ll dive into getting to know you and your goals. Some of the questions I’ll ask include: • What is your main goal? • What is your “why”? • What has worked for you in the past? • What hasn’t worked? • Would you like to hear what the research says about that? • Here is what I suggest… Together, we’ll create a personalized action plan for your first week and map out a bigger vision for the next three months so you feel confident, supported, and ready to take the next steps toward your goals. P.S. Don’t worry — you don’t need to binge all your favorite foods before our session. I’m not going to tell you that you can’t have them… unless you really want me to 😉
