About Adalyn
Hi, I’m Adalyn—Registered Dietitian specializing in sustainable, evidence-based weight loss, with a focus on properly nourishing on GLP-1 medications. I help clients achieve measurable fat loss by turning nutrition science into simple, repeatable systems that reduce food noise, support metabolic health, and protect lean muscle. By combining structured nutrition with intuitive eating principles, I help you lose weight confidently—without restriction, guilt, or burnout—and build an approach you can maintain long-term.
Approach to care
My approach focuses on results you can sustain. While weight loss is often the goal, the real work is building the skills that make it last—regulating hunger, simplifying decisions, and creating consistency that fits real life. I provide clear, science-backed strategies tailored to your body and lifestyle, and we adjust as needed based on your progress. The goal is for you to leave feeling educated, confident, and in control of your health long after coaching ends. Most clients experience: • Less food noise and clearer hunger cues • Confident, consistent nutrition choices • Improved control around cravings and emotional eating • Greater confidence in their body and results
Your first session with Adalyn
Your first session is focused on clarity and direction. We’ll review your health history, weight loss goals, current nutrition patterns, and any GLP-1–related considerations. From there, we’ll identify the key levers that will drive your progress and outline a clear, realistic plan you can begin implementing right away. You’ll leave with a better understanding of why your body is responding the way it is, what to prioritize first, and exactly how we’ll move forward together. And don’t worry—this isn’t a lecture or a food police moment. It’s a supportive, judgment-free conversation (and yes, real life is always part of the plan).
