About Adalyn
Hi, I’m Adalyn! I’m a peanut-butter-loving city girl who dreams of one day having a big garden and a backyard filled with chickens and cows. I love every minute of helping my clients discover confidence and peace around food and their bodies'. My favorite part of coaching is taking complex nutrition science and turning it into simple, realistic steps that fit your lifestyle. I work closely with women on GLP-1 medications or struggling with food noise (or food addicion), helping them understand the biological mechanisms that lead to sustainable weight loss — without restriction or guilt. I’ve worked with clients from intuitive eating to structured weight loss and have found a sweet spot where both can coexist — helping you feel confident, nourished, and in control of your choices.

My approach is all about sustainability. While weight loss may be one of your goals, we don’t stop there — the real focus is helping you build a freeing, confident relationship with food. I’ll never ask you to do something that isn’t realistic for your life or long-term goals. My role is to provide science-backed nutrition guidance and practical strategies that fit your unique lifestyle — and your role is to take the lead on what feels best for you. If something isn’t working, we’ll adjust together! My goal is for you to feel educated, empowered, and confident in maintaining your results long after our work ends. Your first session with Adalyn
Your first session is focused on clarity and direction. We’ll review your health history, weight loss goals, current nutrition patterns, and any GLP-1–related considerations. From there, we’ll identify the key levers that will drive your progress and outline a clear, realistic plan you can begin implementing right away. You’ll leave with a better understanding of why your body is responding the way it is, what to prioritize first, and exactly how we’ll move forward together. And don’t worry—this isn’t a lecture or a food police moment. It’s a supportive, judgment-free conversation (and yes, real life is always part of the plan).
