Hi, I’m Adalyn—Registered Dietitian specializing in sustainable, evidence-based weight loss, with a focus on properly nourishing on GLP-1 medications. I help clients achieve measurable fat loss by turning nutrition science into simple, repeatable systems that reduce food noise, support metabolic health, and protect lean muscle. By combining structured nutrition with intuitive eating principles, I help you lose weight confidently—without restriction, guilt, or burnout—and build an approach you can maintain long-term.

Your first session with Adalyn

From there, we’ll identify the key levers that will drive your progress and outline a clear, realistic plan you can begin implementing right away. You’ll leave with a better understanding of why your body is responding the way it is, what to prioritize first, and exactly how we’ll move forward together. And don’t worry—this isn’t a lecture or a food police moment. It’s a supportive, judgment-free conversation (and yes, real life is always part of the plan).
