About Adele
I am a registered dietitian with four years of experience working with individuals across the lifespan — from young children to older adults. Having recently completed coursework for a master’s in public health nutrition, I bring a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and public health principles. My aim is to help people make informed, realistic nutrition changes that support their overall well-being and fit naturally into their daily lives.
Approach to care
Working with me is very much a partnership. I take time to listen to what is going on in your life, what feels challenging, and what you are hoping to change. There is no judgment here — just open conversation and practical support. Instead of strict rules or one-size-fits-all plans, we focus on small, meaningful steps that feel doable. My counseling style is client-centered and collaborative. I am here to support you, answer questions, and help you build confidence around food and your choices.
Your first session with Adele
Your first session will feel like a guided conversation. I will ask questions to understand your health history, eating habits, lifestyle, and goals. We will start where you are, focusing on identifying one or two manageable steps to support you on your health and nutrition journey moving forward.
