About Adi
Hi! My name is Adi and I'm a Registered Dietitian who’s passionate about helping people build a peaceful and confident relationship with food. My areas of focus include eating disorders, food allergies, gut health and overall wellness. Whether you're looking to heal your relationship with food, manage digestive issues, or feel better in your body, I’m here to offer support that’s compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to your unique needs.
Approach to care
My approach is rooted in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where all foods fit and every body is respected. I believe food nourishes both our bodies and our minds, and I love helping clients discover foods they truly enjoy while still supporting their health goals.
Your first session with Adi
In our first session, I’ll take the time to understand your nutrition background. We’ll dive into any nutrition questions or concerns you have, explore what a typical day of eating looks like for you, and discuss health goals you hope to achieve. Together, we’ll build a plan that addresses your goals while honoring your food preferences to ensure that eating and nourishing your body remains an enjoyable experience.
