I have worked in outpatient counseling, hospitals and wellness centers as well as WIC clinics. I have a passion for helping people break through plateaus, encouraging proper nutrition to help recover from significant surgery, working out and promoting wellness, experience in renal nutrition, GI and Liver conditions, GERD, wounds, heart disease and CHF, diabetes and blood sugar regulation, Pregnancy and breastfeeding, and much more.....
Approach to care
Patient Centered, Wholistic approach. I prioritize a patient-centered approach to healthcare, recognizing the importance of addressing both the physical and emotional aspects of health and eating/food choices. I believe in the mind-body connection and strive to provide holistic care that considers the whole person, not just the symptoms.
Your first session with Adrian
During our first session, I’ll spend time getting to know you and your specific health goals. We’ll discuss your medical history, lifestyle habits, current eating patterns, and any concerns or challenges you might have. This helps me understand where you’re starting from so we can create a personalized plan that's realistic and effective for you. I’ll also explain how nutrition plays a role in managing your health, whether it's improving energy, managing a condition, or simply feeling better day-to-day. I will answer your questions during this time. At the end of the session, we'll set some initial goals and outline small, achievable steps you can take. My goal is to support and guide you through this process at a pace that feels comfortable for you, so you don’t feel overwhelmed. You can expect this first meeting to last about 45 minutes to an hour, and we’ll follow up regularly to track your progress and adjust the plan as needed."
