About Adriann
I live in Colorado, and I'm married with two boys and two dogs. I love being outdoors, going hiking, and enjoying the beautiful scenery! I play pickleball, and I've learned one thing that is so great about this sport is that it is a fun way to exercise, and I enjoy playing with my friends and family. I appreciate the joy that comes from spending time with friends and family and enjoying food. I will do my best to support you, too, while we work together. Certificates: Certificate of Training in Obesity for Pediatrics and Adults, 10/2023 Lifestyle Coach for CDC National Diabetes Prevention Program, 10/2020
Approach to care
My approach to nutrition counseling is compassionate, non-judgmental, and supportive. I strive to create a space where you feel respected, heard, and motivated. With expert knowledge of health conditions and a strong foundation in evidence-based nutrition, I provide guidance tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll work toward your health goals in a way that feels achievable and sustainable. Whether you want to feel more energetic, enjoy more activities, or spend quality time with loved ones, I’ll help you take meaningful steps toward a healthier, more fulfilling life. I’m here to support you with effective strategies that promote long-term success—so you can thrive, not just survive.
Your first session with Adriann
During our first nutrition counseling session, we'll take time to get to know each other. I’ll learn about your background, health goals, and any previous experiences you've had with nutrition or wellness strategies — what worked, what didn’t, and why. I’ll also share approaches that have been successful for others and offer suggestions tailored to your needs. Together, we’ll create a plan that feels realistic, personalized, and sustainable for you.
