About Adrienne
I've been a registered dietitian for 17 years, with experience helping pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding moms feel confident about their nutrition and the nutrition of their children. I also work with clients to improve cholesterol and blood pressure, weight management, and building sustainable habits. Whether it's meal planning, meal prepping, or just figuring out what actually works in real life, I'm here to turn nutrition advice into doable steps that support your goals--and help you feel good in your body. My goal is to make nutrition approachable and empowering for every stage of life.

As a registered dietitian and mom of three kids, I understand the demands of real life--and how nutrition needs to fit into it. Our first session is really about getting to know you. We'll chat about your health history, daily routine, and what's been working--or not working--when it comes to food and physical activity. I want to hear about your goals, both big-picture and day-to-day, so we can start building a plan that fits your life. I'll offer a few practical steps you can take right away--things like meal ideas, meal prep tips, or small shifts that feel doable. My goal is to make nutrition feel less overwhelming and more like something that supports you, not stresses you out.
