“Adrienne is fantastic! Her knowledge and humor quickly put me at ease. As a mom, she understands nutritional needs and challenges for a family. Since I have ADHD, her support, accountability, and understanding have been vital. She asks questions to understand our lifestyle and takes a holistic approach, also connecting our excercise and sleep habits to overall health. “Adrienne is amazing! She really takes the time to understand the whole person, not just what you’re eating. I love that she helps me find food schedules and systems that actually fit my busy life instead of just giving a one-size-fits-all plan. She also really gets how hormones and your cycle play a role in eating, which has been such a game-changer for me. She’s super in tune with the body and makes everything feel doable and sustainable.
