Patient reviews
“Adrienne has been such a blessing the last few months! From gentle suggestions to small changes within diet and/or movement, to acknowledging the mental fatigue of every day life while still trying to keep up with self care, she has been supportive. From advice such as “help future you by creating a schedule ahead of time”, to checking in on the “where are we mentally?”, she has made every part of this “better me” experience feel much more obtainable and doable than ever before. “

“Adrienne is fantastic! Her knowledge and humor quickly put me at ease. As a mom, she understands nutritional needs and challenges for a family. Since I have ADHD, her support, accountability, and understanding have been vital. She asks questions to understand our lifestyle and takes a holistic approach, also connecting our excercise and sleep habits to overall health. She listens to my goals and tailors our plans accordingly. Our progress has been EXCELLENT and I learn so much in each session!“

About Adrienne
Developing a healthy love of food has been a lifelong journey. As a reformed 'picky eater,' years of education, work experiences, and life changes have lead me through a progression of understanding how truly fulfilling (and challenging!) a healthy relationship with nutrition can be! Outside of the 'office' you can find me volunteering at my church and children's school, at the gym (because carrying all the groceries I need for 5 kids in one trip requires consistent training), drinking cold leftover coffee, forgetting where I put my keys, and hosting family and friends around the dinner table.
Approach to care
You can expect when working with me, as your dietitian, to bring these professional and personal experiences to you in a relatable and sustainable way. From small victories to big changes, I will be advocating for your best self that encompasses both your physical and emotional well-being. With extensive knowledge in medical nutrition therapy, I will be your primary resource in navigating your medical needs while decoding the overwhelming nutrition jargon that is spread. I bring a 'no nonsense' clarity into your personalized nutrition plan.
Your first session with Adrienne
You can expect in our first session, my time and attention to get to know you as an individual. From your medical history to daily food choices we will dive into how things relate to our relationship with food and our overall nutrition. I certainly take a no stone left unturned approach.
