About Adrienne
Hi, I’m Adrienne, a Registered Dietitian with 15 years of experience. I earned my BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from Loma Linda University, and I’ve practiced in Clinical/Hospital settings as well as in private practice. I love translating evidence into practical guidance you can actually use day to day. Outside of work, you’ll find me skiing, hanging with friends, or planning my next trip. I’m grateful for every opportunity to help patients feel confident and supported as they start or continue their wellness journey.
Approach to care
My care philosophy blends evidence-based science with empathy and clear action. I’m direct about practical steps, while staying curious about your goals and daily life. I view nutrition as part of a bigger picture, so we’ll consider sleep, stress, relationships with food, and overall well-being. I practice a weight-inclusive, non-judgmental approach that respects your lived experience. My aim is sustainable change, not quick fixes, and I’ll be with you every step of the way as we tailor a plan that fits your life.
Your first session with Adrienne
Our first appointment is all about you. We’ll review your medical history and dive into your relationship with food, while establishing short-term goals. We’ll also review any lab work or biometrics that matter to you. This is a collaborative, low-pressure conversation, not a test. You don’t need to have it all figured out before we meet. We’ll talk through what matters most, set 1–2 achievable next steps, and decide how we’ll track progress together.
