About Adrienne
Hi, I’m Adrienne, a registered dietitian who believes food is powerful medicine and that true wellness comes from caring for the whole person. I specialize in women’s and hormone health, weight management, gut health, chronic conditions (including diabetes, kidney disease, and heart disease), and pediatric nutrition with ADHD support. My approach is integrative and deeply personalized. I look beyond calories to factors like hormones, digestion, stress, sleep, inflammation, and lifestyle. Together, we’ll create realistic, sustainable changes that fit your life. What truly lights me up is helping people understand their bodies and regain health and vitality. With years of experience in hospitals and outpatient clinics, I bring both strong medical expertise and genuine compassion to every session. Whether you’re navigating midlife changes, managing a chronic condition, supporting your child’s health, or simply wanting to feel your best, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Approach to care
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and based on science. I believe in meeting people where they are and respecting their unique history, lifestyle, and relationship with food. I prioritize a nonjudgmental space where clients will feel supported and understood. My goal is to empower individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to make informed sustainable dietary choices. I believe nutrition is not one-size-fits -all, and I will take time to understand your unique issues, concerns, preferences, and challenges to build a plan that truly fits your life. Whether you are navigating a new diagnosis or working towards a specific healthy goal, I am here to help improve your wellbeing by providing evidence-based nutrition and realistic strategies. Together, we'll address your health concerns and build a foundation of balanced nutrition with achievable goals to optimize your health and wellness.
Your first session with Adrienne
During the first session, I would love to get to know about you, your unique challenges, and goals. It's a chance for us to get to know each other and will help me understand your background, medical history, lifestyle, eating habits, and challenges you may be facing. Just think of it as a relaxing supportive conversation. My goal is to optimize your health and get you on the way to feeling your best. There will be no pressure, or judgements. I hope to fully understand what your goals are and what you want to get out of our sessions. You don't need to prepare anything special but feel free to share any lab work, medications, supplements, food dairies, fitness tracker info that you feel would be helpful. The most important thing is that you come as you are--this is your space where your voice matters and your health journey is respected. Follow up sessions will build on what we start here, offer support and further guidance, accountability, and adjustments as your needs evolve.
