About Agnes
Agnes is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 12 years of experience. She received dual bachelor’s degrees in nutrition and psychology at University of Illinois at Chicago and master’s degree in nutrition at University of Wisconsin-Madison. Agnes became a dietitian to help people improve their health and relationship with food. She will meet you wherever you are in your health journey.
Approach to care
I believe that all foods have a place in a well-balanced diet and take an inclusive approach to all foods and body types, creating a safe space to share. I want to help people feel good and I believe that feeling good is both physical AND mental. I offer a friendly and realistic approach to health and nutrition. Nutrition is not one-size-fits-all here. Together, we will create a plan that works for your life.
Your first session with Agnes
During our first session together, we will be spending time getting to know one another. I will be asking tons of questions, such as health history, food habits and preferences, health goals and challenges and anything else you’d like to share. If you’re feeling ready, we will come up with a few intentions to work on until next session. We will see where our first session takes us!
