About Agnes
Hi, I’m Agnes! I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 13 years of experience helping people improve their health and feel at peace with food. I hold dual degrees in both Nutrition and Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and a master’s in Nutrition from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. I became a dietitian because I truly enjoy helping people find balance, confidence, and joy in the way they nourish themselves. Food is such a big part of life, and I believe it should bring satisfaction—not stress.
Approach to care
I believe that all foods can have a place in a balanced lifestyle. My approach is inclusive, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I strive to create a supportive, judgment-free space where every body—and every food—is respected. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, listen to your story, and support you in creating a way of eating and living that feels good, both physically and mentally.
Your first session with Agnes
Our first session is all about getting to know each other. I’ll ask about your health history, eating habits, preferences, goals, and any challenges you’d like to share. This helps me understand where you’re coming from and where you want to go. If you’re feeling ready, we’ll set a few simple intentions to work on before our next meeting. We’ll see where our first session takes us—it’s your time and your journey, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
