About Aimee

Aimee is a Registered Dietitian with over 10 years of experience providing counseling and health education to clients with diverse health needs. She is a Certified Diabetes Educator specializing in pre-diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, Gestational Diabetes, pre- and post-natal nutrition and weight loss. Aimee empowers patients with the tools to manage and treat their chronic conditions via food and lifestyle modifications. As a busy mom with kids, Aimee understands the importance of feeling your best and fueling your body with nutritious foods to keep your energy levels high. She will work with you to develop healthy, sustainable nutrition habits to reach your personal goals.

Approach to care

Aimee's mission is to teach patients how to eat to feel better and improve their health. She aims to help patients break free from fad diets and heal unhealthy relationships with food. She brings her positive and empathetic personality to each case. She listens and meets the patient where they are on their health journey. Aimee partners with you on meal planning and mindful eating strategies to help the patient reach their nutrition goals.

Your first session with Aimee

During your first session, you can expect a relaxed, focused conversation where you can speak without judgment. Aimee will ask you questions to get to know you; your past medical history, daily routine, sleep habits, current eating patterns, food intolerances / allergies, and what your goals are for meeting with a dietitian. This information will help Aimee collaborate with you to help achieve your desired outcomes. By the end of the 1st meeting, she will work with you to create a goal that you can work on until the follow up sessions.
