About Aisha
Hi, I'm Aisha. I'm a Registered Dietitian and MS in Nutrition & Dietetics from CSUN. Since 2014 I am practicing exclusively in hospital settings in particular critical care and had some outpatient experience in endocrinology clinic outside the USA. My clinical experiences have taught me how to tailor nutrition care to diverse medical needs. Beside my passion for nutrition, you will find me seeking solace in reading, listen news podcasts. I enjoy current affairs, action and comedy films, explore budget friendly arts and architecture, likes to listen good music, and of course love food and cooking. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you build a sustainable path to better health.
Approach to care
My care philosophy blends evidence with empathy. I anchor my practice in current science and translate findings into practical steps you can use day to day. I work collaboratively, in a warm, nonjudgmental way, and I’m direct about what will move you forward. I honor a health at every size mindset and focus on sustainable habits rather than quick fixes. I see the whole person physical, emotional, and cognitive and I aim to educate so you can make informed choices that fit your life. Together, we’ll create lasting change.
Your first session with Aisha
Our first visit is a gentle, collaborative conversation about you. We’ll review your medical history, discuss your current routines, and look at any lab work or biometrics you’ve had. We’ll establish short term goals and begin shaping a personalized meal plan that fits your schedule and preferences. You don’t need to have it all figured out before we meet. There’s no pressure here, just a path we’ll build together, with clear next steps and a sense of momentum.
