Hi, I’m Aja Bussey, a registered dietitian with a passion for helping people transform their health through personalized, sustainable nutrition. I graduated from the Howard University Coordinated Program in Dietetics, and my journey into this field was inspired by my own experiences growing up and the challenges I faced with nutrition. These experiences sparked my desire to help others lead healthier, more balanced lives. Your first session with Aja

During our first session, we’ll take the time to get to know each other and discuss personal health goals, challenges, and lifestyle. From there, we’ll work together to create a personalized plan that aligns with your needs and goals. My focus is to make sure you feel comfortable, supported, and empowered as we start this journey toward better health together.
