About Alexandra
Alexandra is a compassionate and experienced Registered Dietitian with over 12 years of experience helping individuals improve their health through weight-neutral, personalized nutrition care. She is also a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and yoga instructor, blending evidence-based nutrition with mindfulness and movement. Alex specializes in supporting women through perimenopause and menopause, guiding them with strength, clarity, and confidence during this life transition.
Approach to care
Alex maintains a weight neutral approach and does not believe in "weight loss at any costs." As such, she will never recommend unrealistic meal plans, restrictive diets or unhealthy and dangerous methods of weight management. She believes that every body deserves respect, nourishment, and support. She rejects diet culture and focuses on helping clients build sustainable habits that promote long-term well-being. Her approach is rooted in intuitive eating and mindful self-care, offering practical tools without guilt, shame, or restriction. By meeting each client where they are, she empowers them to make informed choices that support their unique health needs and goals.
