About Alexandra

I’m a compassionate and experienced Registered Dietitian with over 12 years of helping individuals improve their health through weight-neutral, personalized nutrition care. As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and yoga instructor, I blend evidence-based nutrition with mindfulness and movement. I specialize in supporting women through perimenopause and menopause, offering guidance rooted in strength, clarity, and confidence during this important life transition.

Approach to care

My clinical approach blends evidence-based care with personalized support. I work with clients to interpret labs, review medications and supplements, manage symptoms, and set goals to improve lab markers and overall health. My weight loss counseling is intentional and requires a time commitment from clients seeking lasting change. We move through structured phases including observation, navigation, and ongoing plan adjustments—to support sustainable change. This process addresses both physical and emotional well-being. When you start working with me, plan to invest in our partnership for at least 6–12 months. I’ll thoughtfully structure your care to make the most of your insurance-covered sessions and help you build meaningful, lasting progress.

Your first session with Alexandra

In our first session, you can expect a warm, judgment-free space where your story and health concerns are truly heard and respected. I’ll take time to understand your medical history, lifestyle, and personal goals. Whether you're managing a health condition or working to improve your relationship with food, I offer evidence-based guidance and compassionate support to help you take meaningful, sustainable steps forward.
